The collection of pieces in this section showcase a selection of projects and original pieces designed and handcrafted by David. Many of these pieces were commissioned corporate projects for clients requiring customised furniture for a specific purpose. Each of these pieces have been designed and handcrafted by David as one off originals for the client. The design of these pieces was also influenced by the natural characteristics of the timber species selected.

Notable community projects and commissions include Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Arts, Entertainment and Conference Centre; Macquarie Waters Boutique Apartment Hotel to house original convict bricks found on the site during construction; Coastline Credit Union Boardroom table; a custom made computer table for Camp Quality and Port Macquarie Base Hospital Children’s Ward; commemorative boards for Lake Cathie Bowling Club.
