Products purchased can be collected from the Timbercraftsman Gallery Showroom at 43 Caplick Way, Eumundi on Wednesdays through to Saturdays between 9am and 4pm.
We will be in contact with you upon payment confirmation into our account to arrange a suitable day and time for collection.
- Standard shipping is available for smaller items with Australia Post. Each item is quoted depending on size and weight. Postage costs will be calculated and invoiced to you, with payment required before despatch from our showroom.
- Courier/Delivery services are best arranged from your end to enable you to choose a reliable carrier. Please let us know the contact details of your preferred supplier and date/time of collection. Most contractors require payment upfront, so we recommend you negotiate price and any special arrangements with them before they collect your piece.
- Our Artwork Carrier can pick up the majority of our timber art panels, and some of our smaller pieces of furniture and deliver to your door. However, our carrier is limited by size, so please discuss this with us to determine whether this would be a suitable option for you. Costs associated with our carrier are billed direct and payable to them prior to pick up.
NOTE: All prices are ex-showroom not including delivery. Each item in in the Timbercraftsman Shop is variable in size and weight, with some also manufactured in way that they can be flat packed for shipping. Some items can be posted, and others are best transported by courier or a carrier who is equipped to transport your item adequately and avoid damage.
For all purchases, once payment is confirmed, we will be in contact within 24 hours to discuss arrangements for personal pickup or delivery options best suited to your needs.
